Yes! Rain, spills, or poolside play? No problem.
What's the difference between QUAD and XPLR?
Different games for different setups. XPLR is a premium head-to-head ring toss game built for two players — you push your Scorekeeper down the Shot Ladder® and off your opponent's end to win. QUAD is built for four players at once: everyone races their Scorekeeper to the center of the Race Grid™. Louder, faster, designed for group energy. Same addictive HOOKS! gameplay, completely different experience. A lot of people end up owning both.
How does the Race Grid™ work?
All four players race to the middle. Every time you land a ring on your hook, you move your Scorekeeper one space toward the center of the Race Grid™ — and the first player to reach the center wins. Nothing gets pushed off an end, and there are no sides. Everyone can see exactly where they stand at a glance, which keeps the game moving and the competition honest.
How fast does it set up?
Instantly. Each of QUAD's four arms can move independently. Packing up is just as fast. Press the buttons, fold the arms flat, slide it into the canvas carrying bag, and you're done. No tools. No instructions needed
Can I play QUAD with just 2 people?
You can, and it still works — but QUAD really comes alive with 3 or 4 players. That's what it was designed for. If you're primarily looking for a dedicated 1v1 experience, HOOKS! XPLR is purpose-built for that.
