OUR SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after the order is processed.

NOTE: As of 11/25/22 we've experienced higher than expected order volumes which may impact shipping timelines. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery as we build new games for you to enjoy.  We sincerely apologize for this unexpected delay.  Please email support@craggygames.com with any questions.

Domestic Shipping

Free shipping for all orders being delivered within the continental United States (P.O. Boxes included).

International Shipping

We believe fun should not have borders: we offer international shipping! To view international shipping fees, continue through the checkout process for a quote.

NOTE: The customer is responsible for any duty fees associated with delivery. Customers who place an order and refuse customs payment after shipment are subject to a cancellation fee of $35.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We place a high value on quality and expect your game to be delivered ready-to-play; and you should too! When you receive your order, please give it a test run to ensure it is meeting the Craggy Standards. You will have 30 days from the delivery date to return your game and be eligible for a refund.

Any game being returned due to a defect or an item being damaged will be covered by Craggy Games. If you simply changed your mind within 30 days of delivery and would like to return the game, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. 

I would like to return my game..

If you change your mind after delivery and your game has no defects, you can return your game by following instructions on your confirmation email. A Craggy team member will review your shipped return, a refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued to the original form of payment.

My game is broken..

We're sorry to hear that! Please reach out to support@craggygames.com detailing your issues so we can help resolve the issue. To receive your refund, please use the issued return label and place it over the original shipping label on the box it was shipped in.  Once the game is received by the carrier, we will begin your refund or game swap.

My order is incomplete..

We are a small business and mistakes happen, but we will make it right! Please send an email to support@craggygames.com with details of the missing product along with your order information (order #, name and email).

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final and will not be eligible for returns/refunds once they have been built.

OUR WARRANTY

At Craggy Games we created HOOKS! to be enjoyed and played for a lifetime! If, at any point, you feel that your game is unplayable, please send an email to support@craggygames.com with your order information, and a picture of the issue. Once a Craggy team member has reviewed the issue, you will be contacted regarding next steps to ensure you are having fun again in no time! 

We pride ourselves on craftsmanship and quality products that can endure more than a few nights with friends.
