our story
Started in a garage. Now it's everywhere.
Craggy Games was founded in 2020 by Kyle and Tabi Czarnecki in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The idea began in their one-car garage, where Kyle started building early prototypes of a redesigned ring toss game. The goal was simple: take an old pub game and rebuild it to be more competitive, portable, and fast-paced.
The first HOOKS! games were handmade and shared online to see if others would enjoy them.
In February 2021, a single TikTok video changed everything. Demand surged overnight.
Kyle and two friends worked long days running between Home Depot, the garage workshop, and the post office. Every game was hand-built, packed, and shipped by them. Orders piled up quickly, but the focus stayed the same: build a product people could rely on and enjoy anywhere.
What began as a garage project has grown into Craggy Games, a brand known for premium ring toss games designed for competition, durability, and portability. Today, HOOKS! games are played in backyards, breweries, tailgates, campsites, and homes around the world.
The philosophy has never changed: build games that travel anywhere, last for years, and bring people together through competition.
